Job summary

Egis Canada is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead land development projects across Canada. You’ll supervise design teams for subdivisions, site plans, and mixed-use developments, assuring municipal and regulatory compliance from concept through construction.

You will mentor engineers and technologists, provide technical authority on stormwater and infrastructure design, and manage client relationships while advancing sustainable and resilient solutions.

Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario required.
• Minimum 10+ years design experience on land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee land development projects from concept through construction and post-construction acceptance.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams of engineers, technologists, and subconsultants to meet standards.
• Provide technical authority in stormwater, sanitary/water servicing, grading, drainage, and roadway design.
