A leading company in the insurance sector is seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to drive marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives. This senior role will oversee a corporate marketing team and collaborate with broker partners while supporting corporate communications and M&A initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience, particularly in the insurance or financial services sectors, and a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing strategies.
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a pivotal executive role reporting to the SVP, Capital Markets and Corporate Strategy. As the most senior marketing leader at Navacord, the CMO will set the vision and lead the execution of marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives. The leader will collaborate with Executive Chairman, CEO, executive team and the extended network of marketing professionals within Navacord’s broker partners.
The CMO will lead a head office team of direct reports, collaborating closely with the marketing teams within Broker Partners across Canada.
The role will support M&A activities, rebranding initiatives, and corporate communications (internal and external), including press releases and key announcements. The successful candidate will also work to enhance Navacord’s employee value proposition and increase brand awareness in a competitive marketplace.
The leader will be a key contributor to “One Culture” initiatives such as diversifying sales, lifelong learning, workplace and fostering unity within the organization, and will serve on the Executive One Culture Council
