This is a rare, founder-level opportunity for a marketing executive who blends creative vision with commercial rigor. The CMO will lead the strategic development of the firms brand identity, content architecture, public positioning, and thought leadership. Your work will elevate visibility in capital markets, attract top-tier deal flow, and position the firm as a magnet for founders, investors, and ecosystem partners.
Compensation is based on a market-driven deferred salary , supplemented by performance-linked incentives and equity participation that reflect long-term value creation.
