The role of the Director, Global Marketing Strategy & Transformation, is responsible for developing and managing the integrated strategy and overall planning for Manulife’s Marketing function. This includes championing strategic goals, analyzing current state, industry trends, and competitive research, and partnering with business lines to define a holistic approach to achieve results.
The Strategy team supports the company’s long-term marketing strategies and the execution of key initiatives such as Digital Transformation, NPS, Brand, Digital Marketing, Analytics, AI, Human-Centred Design, Innovation, Sustainability, and Community Investment/Sponsorship, providing a unique vantage point for shaping transformation towards becoming a digital, customer-centric leader.

Salary Range: $105,750 - $190,350 CAD, based in Toronto, with a hybrid work model. Salary varies based on market conditions, skills, experience, and education. Benefits include health, dental, mental health, retirement plans, and more.
