We are seeking a visionary VP of Marketing to join our executive team and lead our global marketing strategy across digital, retail, events, and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy to scale revenue and brand equity.
- Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to align marketing with business goals, product launches, and growth initiatives.
- Spearhead international expansion efforts, customizing marketing approaches for key markets (North America, UK, AU/NZ, EU, etc.).
Shopify Plus & eCommerce Marketing
- Oversee marketing performance across multiple Shopify Plus storefronts (multi-store setup) with a deep understanding of platform capabilities.
- Optimize customer acquisition and retention strategies via lifecycle marketing, personalization, and on-site campaigns.
Paid Media & Growth Marketing
- Build and manage performance marketing strategies (TikTok, Google, YouTube, etc.) with strong ROAS and CAC discipline.
- Drive data-driven experimentation and funnel optimization to fuel customer growth.
Social Media & Community Engagement
- Direct content and social strategy across all major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, etc.).
- Oversee influencer and creator partnerships, and evolve our organic presence to drive cultural relevance.
Brand Events & Activations
- Lead experiential marketing initiatives including product launches, pop-up events, and brand partnerships.
- Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to translate seasonal campaigns into immersive brand moments.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in DTC eCommerce, fashion, or consumer lifestyle brands.
- Proven leadership in scaling brands with Shopify Plus multi-store setups.
- Expertise in international market strategy and cross-border eCommerce growth.
- Strong grasp of full-funnel paid media, social content ecosystems, and creator/influencer marketing.
- Experience managing hybrid teams, agencies, and global campaigns.
- Deep analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
