Job summary

Savvy Talent, LLC is seeking a Head of Marketing to own marketing at a fast-growing creator marketing platform. You will drive PLG self-serve and enterprise motions, shaping brand and campaigns across social, paid media, website, product marketing, and enterprise programs.

You will lead a small team, hands-on with copy, offers, storytelling, and reporting on performance, while coordinating with executives to scale from $12M to $100M ARR. Experience in scale-ups and creator economy preferred.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Key role in a marketing org during a scale-up from $10M to $100M.
• Experience marketing for both enterprise and PLG or self-serve motions.
• Proven people management with a player-coach style.
• Hands-on copywriting, offers, positioning, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy across PLG and enterprise sales.
• Lead and develop a small team across paid media, product marketing, and social media.
• Maintain brand consistency across channels and external agencies.
• Manage external agencies for positioning, PR, and content.
• Build enterprise marketing from 0 to 1 with events and gated content campaigns.
• Create high-converting offers and landing pages using AI tools.
• Plan and lead campaigns, webinars, and content-led lead generation, and own the marketing calendar.
• Build and systematize an email marketing motion using AI tooling and automation.
• Execute hands-on branding, storytelling, and messaging.
• Track initiatives and report on performance.
