Job summary

Wiser Solutions is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to shape how our products are positioned and talked about, building a product-led growth motion from the ground up — turning product capabilities into messaging, trials, and onboarding experiences that get users to value fast. You partner with Sales, Demand Gen, and Product, and you move quickly: testing, measuring, and improving constantly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Experience building or scaling a product-led growth (PLG) motion.
• Track record owning funnel metrics end-to-end and reporting to leadership; signups, activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and pipeline.
• Experience writing onboarding communications and in-product messaging that drive user activation.
• Experience partnering with Sales on enablement—battlecards, talk tracks, demo content, and lead qualification criteria.
• Experience collaborating with demand generation on campaign strategy and messaging.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, Mixpanel, and Zapier.
• Strong analytical skills to design, run, and interpret experiments.

Responsibilities

• Own product marketing across Wiser's products—positioning, messaging, launches, and competitive intelligence.
• Build our PLG motion from early experiments to a full trial program and map the customer journey across core products.
• Own the PLG funnel end to end with defined targets and weekly reporting.
• Map moments that matter in a trial and write onboarding emails and in-product prompts to drive activation and adoption.
• Hand hot trials to Sales and define what a product-qualified lead looks like.
