Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in a relevant field (MBA, Operations Management, or closely related).
10+ years in operations leadership, with 5+ years leading distributed/remote teams.
Proven ability to develop and execute remote-focused operational strategies.
Deep understanding of remote work culture, practices, and tech enablement.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Outstanding leadership and change management capabilities.
