Job summary

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure efficiency.
Develop and implement strategies aligning operations with company goals.
Lead and mentor Sales, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Customer Service, Implementation, Retail, and Senior Living teams.
Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.
Drive process improvements, stakeholder relationships, and vendor negotiations.
