Ta journée ressemblera à ceci:

Installation/désinstallation

• Participer au montage et au démontage des équipements techniques;
• Veiller à ce que l’équipement soit bien installé et respecte le plan;
• Assurer la sûreté des installations techniques en tout temps;
• Respecter et promouvoir les procédures et règles fixées par Solotech en matière de traitement et de gestion des équipements;
• Collaborer avec les autres départements impliqués;
  
  

Manipulation d’équipement

• Peut être amené à opérer des équipements techniques;
• Peut être amené à assurer le bon déroulement technique durant l’événement;
• Peut être amené à diriger une équipe à travers différents stades d’un projet;
  
  

Gestion et supervision d’équipe

• Superviser une équipe de techniciens ou de surnuméraires;
• Veiller à l’application de méthodes de travail sécuritaires par le personnel de Solotech et les surnuméraires durant le travail;
• Coordonner les opérations et l’exécution du travail d’un département pour la durée d’un événement;
• Recevoir les demandes relatives à un projet donné, planifier et élaborer une liste d’équipement en fonction de celui-ci;
• Proposer des solutions à différentes problématiques et suggérer des améliorations quant à la réalisation technique du projet;
• Conseiller et guider les techniciens en s’appuyant sur son expertise dans l’élaboration de solutions;
  
  

Contact client

• Agit à titre de référence auprès d’un client pour un événement donné;
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les intervenants internes et externes afin d’assurer un service à la clientèle de haut niveau;
• Exécuter toute autre tâche connexe confiée par le responsable de l’équipe;
  
  

Ton profil

• Bilingue : français et anglais
• Être titulaire d'un AEC ou DEC dans un domaine pertinent de l'audiovisuel;
• Avoir un minimum de 6 ans d'expérience de travail pertinente;
• Excellentes connaissances de des divers équipements; techniques;
• Connaissances en réseautique et électricité;
• Détenir un permis de chariot élévateur et/ou de nacelle élévatrice et une formation sur le travail en hauteur (un atout);
• Maîtrise des deux langues officielles (un atout);
• Être en mesure de se déplacer sur les différents sites;
• Connaissances de bases à intermédiaires du logiciel R2;
• Être en mesure de modifier et dessiner des plans cad à l’aide du logiciel Autocad (un atout);
• Connaissance de logiciels techniques spécialisés (un atout);
• Être flexible quant à son horaire de travail;
• Orienté vers le travail d'équipe et l’esprit de collaboration;
• Autonomie et sens des responsabilités;
• Habilité à travailler sous pression et capacité à s'adapter au changement;
• Bonne gestion des priorités, et respect des échéanciers et des délais serrés;
• Savoir communiquer les informations de façon claire et logique;
• Capacité à anticiper les situations problématiques et trouver des solutions efficaces tout en respectant les politiques et les processus opérationnels de l’entreprise;
• Être axé sur le service client;

Your day will look like this:

Installation/disassembly

• Participate to assembling and dismantling of the technical equipment;
• Ensure the good installation of the equipment in respect of the plan;
• Ensure the safety of the technical installations, at all times;
• Respect and promote procedures and regulations fixed by Solotech regarding the equipment’s treatment and management;
• Collaborate with the other departments involved;
  
  

Equipment’s handling

• May be asked to operate technical equipment;
• May be asked to ensure the smooth technical operations during the event;
• May be asked to manage a team throughout different project’s stages;
  
  

Team management and supervision

• Ensure the application of safe working methods by Solotech’s personnel and supernumeraries during their working period;
• Coordinate the operations and execution of a department’s work during the event;
• Receive the requests related to a specific project, plan and develop an equipment list according to said project;
• Propose solutions for different issues and suggest improvements for the project’s technical realisation;
• Advise and guide the technicians according to his own expertise in solving issues;
• Lead a team (Solotech’s employees and supernumeraries) and manage a Department within the execution of the work during the project’s different stages;
  
  

Client's contact

• Work closely with internal and external partners in order to ensure high quality customer service;
• Act as Solotech’s representative on event’s specific site, coordinate on site operations, and ensure all steps of the technical realisation are executed within the foreseen delays;
• May act as the client’s contact person for all questions, comments or changes related to the project’s management;
  
  

Your profile:

• Bilingual: French and English
• AEC or DEC in a pertinent audiovisual field
• A minimum of 6 years of pertinent experience
• Excellent knowledge of different technical equipment;
• Knowledge in electricity and network;
• Possess a permit for operating a forklift and/or an aerial lift, and a training on working at heights (an asset);
• Master both official languages (an asset);
• Be able to move to different sites;
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of R2 software;
• Able to modify and design CAD plans with Autocad software (an asset);
• Knowledge of specialised technical software (an asset);
• Be flexible regarding the working schedule;
• Team-work oriented and good cooperation spirit;
• Autonomy and sense of responsibilities;
• Ability to work under pressure and capacity to adapt to change;
• Good priority management and respect of schedules and tight deadlines;
• Communicate information clearly and logically;
