Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree favorable.
• 3+ years in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• Strong knowledge of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP and networking concepts.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales: qualify sales leads from a technical point of view.
• On sales calls: be the main technical resource and explain features, specs, and integration.
• Post-sales: act as technical contact for accounts and coordinate with support.
• Provide post-sales training to identified customers.
