Job summary

Aplin is seeking a Change Management Specialist to lead change strategies for large-scale ERP projects, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, guiding stakeholders through transformation and ensuring adoption.

This hybrid role requires 7+ years of experience, strong coaching and stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to pass an Enhanced Security Clearance. Two days onsite in downtown Edmonton are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain modules, SAP Ariba, and complex Cloud ERP projects.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Proven experience in process documentation, business process mapping, and system testing (SIT/UAT).
• Skilled in data validation, reconciliation, and project support activities.
• Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
