Job summary

Aplin is seeking a Change Manager to join the Service Tech project as we move into the next phase of the rollout across operations. The engagement is an initial one-year contract, with the opportunity for renewal, and will support business readiness and adoption across multiple branch deployments.

We are looking for someone with:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong business relationship management skills and the ability to build credibility with operational leaders and frontline teams
• Experience supporting multi-site project or technology rollouts
• Ability and willingness to travel to branch locations as required
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional project teams and business stakeholders
