Tailored resume and cover letter, ready to send.
Raise is building a pipeline of Change Management professionals — from specialists to senior leaders — for contract opportunities with a leading enterprise organization currently running a major business modernization program in Ontario. This is not a live posting for a single role. Apply once, and we will reach out when a role fits your level and area of focus.
About the Opportunity
A large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation is active across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations and Engineering, and HR workstreams — each with its own change impacts, stakeholder landscape, and adoption challenges. The program has a dedicated change management function and requires professionals who can operate both at the strategic level — defining change strategy, engagement plans, and readiness frameworks — and at the delivery level — developing communications, running training, and supporting business readiness on the ground. The organization has also posted Director-level change management roles to lead these workstreams, meaning demand spans seniority levels.
