Aplin is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major ERP/EAM replacement program in Edmonton, AB. This contract role is hybrid, with two days on-site weekly, and involves discovery, design activities, and end-to-end program delivery.

Responsibilities include leading requirements workshops, supporting system development lifecycle, data migration planning, and stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain. Strong communication and extensive IT/.BI experience are required.

Qualificações

• 10+ years professional IT experience.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience across full lifecycle of large ERP/EAM/billing transformations.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead small–medium working groups.
• Comfortable with data analysis and basic SQL/queries.

Our Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) replacement program. This is a contract role based in Edmonton, AB, working hybrid (2 days onsite per week), supporting discovery/design activities and end-to-end program delivery.

What you’ll do

• Lead and facilitate requirements workshops; document current/future-state processes and best-practice requirements
• Support systems development/integration/implementation activities across the program lifecycle
• Contribute to data migration planning (data requirements, mapping, documenting data integration flows)
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders across areas like HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Asset/Work Management
• Support QA/testing phases and help drive stakeholder readiness and knowledge transfer

Must-have qualifications

• 10+ years professional experience in Information Technology
• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst
• Demonstrated experience across full project lifecycle (design → configuration/development → testing → implementation) on large-scale ERP/EAM and/or billing transformation initiatives
• 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion and/or 3+ years experience with IBM Maximo (SaaS)
• Strong written/oral communication and ability to build effective working relationships
• Ability to lead small–medium working groups and maintain program documentation
• Comfortable with data analysis and basic database query tools

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
• Flexibility to take on a mix of BA + QA/testing work
