The Government of Alberta is seeking a Change Management Analyst to provide hands‑on change management support for a complex transformation initiative. This delivery‑focused role requires developing actionable change deliverables and coordinating stakeholder engagements to enable adoption.

You will work with project, business, operational, ministry and supplier stakeholders to translate changes into practical materials, training and communications that support successful implementation.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field – Mandatory.
• Minimum 4 years of direct change facilitation experience.
• Experience facilitating change activities, stakeholder sessions and workshops.
• Minimum 4 years developing Change Management Plans and Training Plans.
• Experience developing Stakeholder Impact Assessments and Communication Plans.
• Experience creating stakeholder communications, presentations and job aids.
• Experience with readiness, adoption, and transition planning.
