Job summary

Aplin is seeking a hands-on Change Management Analyst for a downtown Edmonton transformation project. This delivery-focused role requires creating practical change materials, running stakeholder engagements, and supporting readiness and adoption.

The position is fully onsite in downtown Edmonton, Canada. You will develop change and training deliverables, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with business, operations, and project teams to translate changes into clear content for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Direct experience facilitating change.
• Proven experience producing change deliverables (change strategy/plans, training strategy/plans, communications plans, impact assessments)
• Strong communication writing skills

Responsibilities

• Create and execute change deliverables (change plans, communications, training plans/materials, stakeholder impact/readiness assessments)
• Develop end‑user and stakeholder materials (presentations, FAQs, job aids, quick reference guides)
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, walkthroughs/demos, and information sessions
• Support implementation readiness, rollout activities, and post‑implementation adoption
• Partner with business, operational, and project stakeholders to translate changes into audience‑appropriate content

Our Client is seeking a hands-on Change Management Analyst to support a complex transformation initiative. This is a delivery-focused role—ideal for someone who can build practical change materials, run stakeholder engagements, and support readiness and adoption (not advisory-only). Please note this role is fully onsite – located in downtown Edmonton.

What You’ll Do

• Create and execute change deliverables (change plans, communications, training plans/materials, stakeholder impact/readiness assessments)
• Develop end‑user and stakeholder materials (presentations, FAQs, job aids, quick reference guides)
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, walkthroughs/demos, and information sessions
• Support implementation readiness, rollout activities, and post‑implementation adoption
• Partner with business, operational, and project stakeholders to gather inputs and translate changes into clear, audience‑appropriate content

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Direct experience facilitating change
• Proven experience producing change deliverables (change strategy/plans, training strategy/plans, communications plans, impact assessments)
• Strong communication writing skills

Nice‑to‑Haves

• PROSCI or CCMP certification
• Experience developing/delivering training content (including e‑learning/video)
• Requirements gathering and business process documentation experience
