Tri-global Solutions Group Inc. is seeking one Change Management Analyst to join our Service Delivery team at the Government of Alberta, onsite in Edmonton, Alberta.

This 5‑month contract (with potential extension) focuses on hands‑on change management deliverables, stakeholder engagement, and implementation readiness across a major transformation initiative. You will develop materials, lead sessions, and coordinate training and communications to prepare affected users and suppliers for changes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Yes or No).
• Experience in change facilitation (4+ years).
• Experience developing change management deliverables (4+ years).
• Experience developing communications materials for stakeholders (4+ years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hands-on change management deliverables supporting business, process and system transformation.
• Develop and maintain stakeholder impact assessments, readiness materials and communications.
• Lead and facilitate stakeholder and supplier engagement activities (workshops, demos, sessions).
• Support supplier enablement activities including onboarding and training readiness.
• Gather information from project and business stakeholders to translate changes into practical materials.
• Draft, review and quality-check communications and change materials for multiple audiences.
• Develop training and user-support materials for new or changed processes.
• Support change impact assessment, readiness, transition planning and adoption activities.
• Coordinate and track change actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
