Job summary

Swim Recruiting is seeking a Change Management Analyst for an Alberta public-sector transformation initiative. This hands-on role delivers practical change across business processes, systems and ways of working through change materials, stakeholder engagement and supplier enablement.

The assignment is fully onsite in Edmonton, five days per week. You will create change materials, facilitate stakeholder sessions and manage communications, training readiness and adoption activities to prepare for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least four years of direct change-facilitation experience.
• At least four years developing change-management deliverables, including change strategies and plans, training strategies and plans, stakeholder impact assessments, and communication strategies and plans.
• At least four years developing effective communication materials for stakeholders.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Edmonton, five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Create change materials and facilitate stakeholder sessions.
• Carry out communications, training readiness and adoption activities.
• Support supplier enablement to help external suppliers understand changes.
• Work with project teams and ministry stakeholders to align priorities.
• Translate complex changes into actionable guidance.
