Qualifications

• 2+ years of change management experience in medium-to-large transformation initiatives.
• Ability to interact with end users and operational staff while supporting technical teams and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; translate complex processes into simple steps.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies in a project-driven environment.
• Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is preferred but not required.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel locally for training and stakeholder engagement

The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling user adoption and engagement through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and impactful training. This role is hands-on and requires someone comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.

Rate: $45-55 per/hour

12 month contract
