Qualifications

• 2+ years of change management experience in medium-to-large transformation initiatives.
• Ability to interact with end users and operational staff while supporting technical teams and leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; translate complex processes into simple steps.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies in a project-driven environment.
• Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci) is preferred but not required.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel locally for training and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute change management strategies to support project adoption across 2-3 concurrent initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, end users, and stakeholders to forecast training needs, identify readiness gaps, and manage process triage.
• Create clear, user-friendly documentation and performance support tools tailored to various audiences across technical and non-technical teams.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and design communication plans to support smooth transitions and minimize resistance to change.
• Monitor change adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed to ensure long-term project sustainability and employee engagement.
• Participate in onsite user training and support activities at key locations, occasionally including onboard marine vessels.
