The Berezan Hospitality Group is seeking a Full-Time Line Cook for Chances Salmon Arm. You will join a busy kitchen team, preparing and cooking menu items to established recipes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or line cook experience is an asset.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Ability to obtain a criminal record check through Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensure food is prepared properly, presented well, and ready to serve on time.
• Prepare and handle ingredients while maintaining freshness and quality.
• Work with the kitchen team to keep up with orders during busy service periods.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Follow food safety standards and company procedures.

What you will be doing

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and portion sizes.
• Ensuring food is prepared properly, presented well, and ready to serve on time.
• Preparing and handling ingredients while maintaining freshness and quality.
• Working alongside the kitchen team to keep up with orders during busy service periods.
• Keeping your work area clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Following food safety standards, workplace safety requirements, and company procedures.
