Job summary

Viaggio Hospitality Group is seeking a reliable Line Cook for Howe Sound Brewpub in British Columbia, Canada. You will support high-volume kitchen operations, prep vegetables and proteins, and ensure food safety standards while working with a passionate BOH team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked.
• Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
• Report to the Head Chef and follow instructions accordingly.
• Ensure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
• Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
• Stock inventory and supplies.
• Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.

Howe Sound Brewpub serves award-winning ales and lagers fresh from the brewery. Our menu is full of house-made favourites & our chefs focus on freshness & unique flavours cooking with our beer, seasonal produce & local seafood.

We are currently seeking a reliable, passionate Line Cooks to join our impressive BOH team. The ideal candidate will have a sincere passion for hospitality and upscale service.
