Job summary

The Berezan Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Bingo/Restaurant Server for Chances Salmon Arm. You will mainly work in bingo with occasional restaurant serving shifts, 2–4 days per week, including evenings and weekends.

You must be 19 or older and able to obtain Serving It Right and a criminal record check. Responsibilities include friendly guest service, taking orders, entering POS transactions, serving, handling payments, and maintaining a clean work area.

• Extensive guest service experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service to bingo guests and restaurant customers.
• Take orders and make recommendations accurately and promptly.
• Enter transactions into the Barnett POS system.
• Serve food and beverages and ensure timely delivery.
• Present bills and process payments.
• Clear tables and restock supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.

We are currently hiring a part-timeBingo/Restaurant Server to join our team at Chances Salmon Arm. This position will work primarily in bingo, with restaurant serving shifts as needed. We are looking for someone available to work 2–4 days per week, including evenings and weekends.

In this position, you will provide exceptional service to our guests while ensuring all rules and regulations are followed.

What you will be doing

• Providing friendly and attentive service to bingo guests and restaurant customers.
• Taking guest orders and making recommendations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Entering transactions into the point-of-sale system (Barnett).
• Serving food and beverages and ensuring orders are delivered promptly.
• Presenting bills upon request and processing payments.
• Clearing tables, removing glasses, and restocking supplies as required.
• Maintaining a clean and organized service area.
• Following all applicable service standards, policies, and procedures.
