Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma requiring several years of study; Level 3 Nominee licence is an asset.
• Ten+ years of related experience with at least 5 years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the brokerage’s long-term strategic and annual operating plans and oversee execution of initiatives.
• Oversee operation and performance of all brokerage branches.
• Develop and monitor service delivery standards for the brokerage.
• Develop and manage sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
• Prepare financial reports detailing brokerage performance and growth.
