The CEO will advance service standards, sales and marketing, vendor relations, HR, IT, and compliance while exploring merger and acquisition opportunities and upholding corporate social responsibility. Lead a high-caliber team and drive stakeholder value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma (3–4 years) plus Level 3 Nominee licence.
• Life, Accident & Sickness licencing is an asset.
• 10+ years of related experience, with 5+ years leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of long-term strategic and annual operating plans.
• Oversee operation of all brokerage branches and service standards.
• Develop and monitor service delivery standards and sales/marketing strategies.
• Manage budget, financial reporting and growth.
• Recruit, develop and lead a professional insurance brokerage team.
• Represent the brokerage on industry boards and partnerships.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance trends and regulatory environment.
