You will collaborate with underwriters, liaise with domestic and international insurers, and oversee team development, budgeting, and process audits.

Qualifications

• General Insurance Level 2 License required.
• Frontline leadership experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably commercial insurance.
• Involvement in industry associations and your community.
• Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of commercial insurance professionals to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Develop a team business plan, budget, and sales strategy to meet company goals.
• Collaborate with Commercial Underwriting for product review and development.
• Represent the organization with domestic and international insurance companies.
• Review reports and audits on processes, documentation and correspondence.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and industry/community activities.
