What is the opportunity?
As an Operations and Enablement Centre Support Officer within Creditor Insurance, you will provide and/or service client transactions executed on the Operations Enablement Team, using extensive knowledge of related RBC Insurance Services Inc., products and services. Assumes ownership and personal accountability for resolution of any issues related to the specific group, function or process. Acts as a referral point and Subject Matter Expert for other team members for the applicable policy, process and procedure to support Client First and adherence to operational risk, compliance and AML requirements.
What will you do?
•Maintain accurate records by providing consistent and accurate processing execution within established benchmarks contributing to achievement of business Service Level Agreement (SLA)
•Support and work on team processes that are associated with Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
•Take ownership and accountability for the resolution of complex issues and concerns (escalations) at regarding area of expertise
•To support building a positive work environment by participating in enhanced peer coaching and supporting other members of the team
•Complete all transactions/reports/documents to ensure compliance/adherence with policies/procedures/guidelines
What will you need to succeed?
Must have:
•Minimum 2 years of Creditor Insurance, systems and ability to work in fast-paced environment
•Strong attention to detail and investigative/problem solving skills
•Solid multi-tasking ability with average keyboarding and internet / computer navigation skills
•Strong relationship building skills and open to feedback both ways
Nice to have:
•Bilingual (fluency in both English and French)
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Adaptability to change
Special Conditions
Flexibility to work shifts within the hours of business, which are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
