BrightPath Kids in Chestermere, AB is seeking a Centre Director to lead a child development centre and partner with teachers and families. You will oversee staffing, policies, safety, and licensing while driving excellent customer service and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a B.Ed. with a focus on Early Childhood or ECE Level 3
• Strong knowledge of licensing and accreditation requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial management and budgeting
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment
• Immunization and Health Assessment as per local health rules
• CPR/First Aid certification

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the centre operations and staff recruitment
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety, and licensing
• Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and communications
• Enforce province regulations within the building
• Coordinate ongoing staff training and development
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians
