BrightPath Kids in Vaughan, ON is seeking a Centre Manager to oversee daily operations, staff recruitment, and compliance with provincial licensing. You will drive staff performance, payroll, and family communications to create a safe, thriving learning environment.

Ideal candidates are experienced ECE professionals with strong financial and administrative skills, ready to lead a diverse team and ensure high-quality care in a busy childcare centre.

Qualifications

• RECE must be in good standing with the Ontario College of ECE.
• Knowledge of licensing and regulations for childcare facilities.
• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting for a childcare centre.
• Must meet province requirements for childcare employment.
• Up-to-date immunization and Health Assessment per local health requirements.
• CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centre operations, including staff recruitment/development, policies, safety, hygiene, and provincial licensing.
• Ensure staff understand classroom objectives and performance expectations.
• Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general communications.
• Enforce provincial regulations within the building and ensure training is completed.
• Provide clear communications with families regarding their child’s progress and needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
