Scarborough Health Network is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist at the Centenary Site to oversee day-to-day supply chain operations, inventory management, and logistics for the Cath Lab. You will ensure accuracy, optimize replenishment, and support patient safety through data integrity and collaboration with clinical teams.

Responsibilities include managing RFID/barcode tracking, coordinating vendor support, and performing cycle counts and recalls to maintain regulatory compliance and efficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• CMRP designation is considered an asset.
• Minimum two years of healthcare supply chain experience in a high acuity procedural environment preferred.
• Experience with Tecsys Elite POU, Pyxis POU or similar middleware platforms.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, EPIC EHR, and automated replenishment systems.
• Understanding of UDI requirements and inventory management best practices.

Aufgaben

• Review and adjust automated replenishment orders to support clinical operations.
• Monitor uncaptured supply utilization and emergency usage from late cases.
• Rectify inventory discrepancies and minimize stockout risks.
• Coordinate expedited deliveries, substitutes, and vendor support for shortages.
• Manage manual procurement activities including trials and off-contract orders.
• Receive inventory, record PO data, and track UDI, lot, serial, and RFID tags.
• Ensure RFID/barcode inventory is configured and stored properly.
• Communicate critical supply issues to clinicians and leaders to support patient care.
• Replenish inventory locations and RFID cabinets per par levels and system requirements.
• Support contract conversions and system configurations (SAP/Tecsys/Epic).
• Execute cycle counts, audits, and recalls to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor consignment programs and reconciliation reporting for financial accuracy.
