The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Casual Banquet Server for daytime events in Saint John, NB. This part-time, on-site role offers a daytime schedule with a wage of CAD 15.90 per hour.

You will set up banquet rooms, greet guests, serve courses, and ensure guest satisfaction under supervisor guidance. A team-oriented, professional demeanor is essential for exceptional service.

Responsabilidades

• Set up banquet rooms as instructed by the Supervisor, including linen, service ware and glassware.
• Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function details and expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with supervisor expectations; clear dishes after courses.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction throughout the event.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Set up banquet room as instructed by Supervisor to include linen, service ware and glassware.
• Attend roll call meetings before events to learn function particulars, including guest and hotel expectations.
• Greet guests and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Serve the food and/or beverage in the order and to the expectation of the Supervisor to ensure consistency throughout the banquet. Promptly remove dishes as guests complete each course and/or meal at the end of the meal or function.
• Replenish beverages as necessary, and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
