Deliver Exceptional Service – Provide prompt, courteous food and beverage service according to event standards and BEO specifications. From greeting guests to clearing tables, you ensure service flows smoothly and professionally throughout the event.

Master the Details – Read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to properly set tables, prepare service stations, and execute events exactly as planned. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy and consistency for every function.

Be a Welcoming Host – Engage guests with a friendly demeanor, answer questions confidently, make recommendations, upsell beverages when appropriate, and help create a warm, memorable atmosphere.

Maintain Presentation & Cleanliness – Keep tables, buffets, and service areas clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Clear used dishes promptly and reset spaces efficiently as the event progresses.

Promote Safety & Professionalism – Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and service standards. Handle food, beverages, and equipment responsibly while remaining alert to guest needs and potential concerns.
