Job summary

Back in Motion is seeking a casual Administrative Assistant to support services at our Richmond location. You will handle reception, answer and direct calls, process referrals, file setup, and support an interdisciplinary clinical team with in person and telehealth services. A personal vehicle and ability to commute across the lower mainland are required.

Shifts include 3:30pm–7:30pm Monday to Thursday. Compensation starts at $19.25 per hour with opportunities to cover at other BIM locations as

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage changing priorities and support daily operations.
• Must have access to a personal vehicle and be willing to commute to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Reception, answering and directing calls.
• Process referrals and set up/manage files.
• Send reports and support clinical team with in-person and telehealth service delivery.
• Support clinical accreditation procedures and corporate Health & Safety program.
