Respiratory Homecare Solutions is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Care Coordinator in Calgary, AB. The Care Coordinator provides customer support by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls pertaining to Sleep Apnea treatments, Oxygen and other respiratory services. As necessary, contacting referral sources and customers to obtain further information to update and complete the electronic patient file. This role is primarily responsible for providing client support over the phone, scheduling and confirming appointments with confidence and communicating with internal and external clients with a focus on exceeding expectations. This position is also responsible for data entry and scheduling appointments with confidence and accuracy.
