Job summary

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada in Calgary, AB is seeking a Care Coordinator to provide patient-focused support for sleep apnea and oxygen services. You will handle referrals, EMR records, scheduling, and customer calls with accuracy and empathy.

You will coordinate appointments, manage patient data in TIMs, respond to inquiries, and maintain professional communication with internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma - background or experience in Customer Service/Medical Office.
• Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Microsoft apps.
• Experience with data management.
• Bilingual is an asset.

Respiratory Homecare Solutions is currently recruiting a highly energetic and motivated Care Coordinator in Calgary, AB. The Care Coordinator provides customer support by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls pertaining to Sleep Apnea treatments, Oxygen and other respiratory services. As necessary, contacting referral sources and customers to obtain further information to update and complete the electronic patient file.This role is primarily responsible for providing client support over the phone, scheduling and confirming appointments with confidence and communicating with internal and external clients with a focus on exceeding expectations.
