Job summary

Air Liquide Home Healthcare Canada in Mississauga, ON is seeking a Care Coordinator to support sleep apnea tests, treatments, and home oxygen services. Qualifications

  • High School Diploma.
  • Background or experience in Customer Service/Medical Office preferred.
  • Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail applications and Microsoft applications.
  • Keyboarding Skills (+45 wpm).
  • Strong experience with data management.
  • Marketing and Sales skills are an asset.
  • Should be fluent in written and oral French & English.

Responsibilities

  • Answering large volume of calls in a timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide resolutions.
  • Create and update customer files for Customer Management and scheduling systems.
  • Maintain client confidence and protect company operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintain integrity of client file information by documenting both written and verbal correspondence.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, referral sources, hospitals, funding agencies and internal customers.
  • Respond to Sleep health and Oxygen customer service inquiries with appropriate solutions or recommendations.
  • Handle customer complaints; receive and report incidents.
  • Troubleshoot Sleep Apnea and Oxygen equipment malfunction calls and escalate when needed.
  • Conduct outbound calls to complete or update client files.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services and policies.
  • Support inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads and driving growth.
  • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs to drive team success and objectives.
  • Perform other Customer Service related activities as required.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Troubleshooting Sleep Apnea and Oxygen equipment malfunction calls and where necessary escape calls to designated Respiratory Therapist (RT)
  • Conduct outbounds calls as required to complete or update client fi le
  • Maintain knowledge of products, services and policies
  • Supporting the business to conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads and driving business growth
  • Consistently meet and exceed defi ned key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team success and achieve core business objectives
  • Performs other Customer Service related activities as required
Are you a MATCH?

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification and other job-related reasons. This job grade falls within a salary band starting at the minimum of $45,000 with opportunity for advancement.
