Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration or related field is an asset.
• 1–5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting; leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient/customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR/case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, patient-focused clinic environment.
• Lead and support resolution of patient inquiries and concerns.
• Oversee reception operations and daily clinic flow.
• Manage Accounts Receivable and payment processing.
• Ensure accurate data entry and patient record management.
• Coordinate timely submission of insurance and stakeholder documentation.
• Oversee expense reporting, petty cash, and financial controls.
• Support accounting processes and reporting.
• Manage payroll accuracy and timelines.
• Oversee clinic administration and office operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
