Lifemark Health Group’s Lifemark Sport Medicine Rocky Ridge clinic in Calgary is seeking a Care Coordinator Manager to lead care coordination operations, patient intake, and billing processes. You will supervise the care coordination team and collaborate with clinicians and administrators to maintain efficient clinic workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Medical Office Administration or related field is an asset.
• 1-5 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting; leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient/customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR/case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong relationships between the clinic, patients, staff, funders and referral sources.
• Provide leadership and oversight to the care coordination team and clinic operations.
• Oversee patient intake, data entry, communications, and scheduling workflows.
• Manage accounts receivable, payments, and financial controls.
• Ensure accurate records, invoicing, and regulatory/compliance adherence.
