Lifemark Physiotherapy Castleridge is hiring a Care Coordinator in Calgary, AB. This full-time role focuses on patient intake, appointment scheduling, billing, and providing courteous administrative support in a busy physiotherapy clinic.

The Care Coordinator collaborates with clinicians and staff to ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience, with a schedule Monday–Friday 11:00 to 19:00.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a busy environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls, greet patients and visitors and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate detailed intake of information on the patient's first visit and throughout their treatment plan.
• Assist patients with completing paperwork to ensure accuracy.
• Schedule patient appointments and maintain medical records.
• Collect payment at time of service and manage insurance claims to third party funders.
• Complete data entry and billing for third party funders.
• Coordinate courier packages and process email, mail and faxes.
• Provide administrative support to the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director.
