Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Return Agent at the Kelowna branch. The role focuses on friendly, efficient service during the rental return process, accurate documentation, and helping customers with charges and receipts. Training and development are provided.

Open position at 11 - 5533 AIRPORT WAY KELOWNA, BC V1V 1S1. Full-time schedule with 40 hours per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• British Columbia Full Class 5 driver’s license with limited violations in past 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role.
• Proficient in English, written and verbal comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Assist all customers with the rental return process.
• Effectively resolve all customer service issues.
• Inspect vehicles upon rental return; document mileage, fuel level, and damages.
• Advise on rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Keep the lot organized and ensure smooth traffic flow.
