Job summary

Marino’s Automotive Group is seeking a Service Concierge at Volvo Metro West in Etobicoke to greet customers, coordinate service flow and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The role supports a fast-paced service department and requires a friendly, organized professional with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include walking around vehicles, coordinating rides, car wash steps, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a tidy service drive and lot.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with moving items.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

The Service Concierge will be the first point of contact for all incoming customers attending their service appointments at Volvo Metro West. You will be responsible for providing high-level quality customer service by ensuring all guests have an enjoyable experience at Volvo Metro West. If you are a team player, have a passion for customer service, an ability to stay organized, and a high attention to detailer, then this role is for you!

Key responsibilities:

• Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.
• Loves a fast-paced environment.
• A valid G class driver's license and a clean driving abstract.

Compensation:

• C ompensation range: $18.00
• The range may vary based on experience and qualifications .

This compensation encompasses hourly pay and vacation pay as required under O ntario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000 .
