Job summary

Hydrafacial is seeking a Capital Sales Manager for Quebec & Maritime to open new accounts with physician practices, medical spas, and resort spas, and close initial capital equipment purchases. You will drive revenue through Hydrafacial and SkinHealth Systems offerings, engaging physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and office staff.

The role requires 3+ years in medical device or capital equipment sales, strong quota achievement, and travel up to 90%.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of medical device sales or capital equipment sales experience.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Proven track record closing capital equipment sales and meeting quotas.
• Experience selling into the aesthetics/dermatology/spa market.
• Ability to travel up to 90% by car and plane.

Responsibilities

• Introduce physician practices, medical spas, and resort spas to Hydrafacial and the SkinHealth Systems platform.
• Demonstrate device technology and treatment protocols in-office to prospective clients.
• Identify prospective needs, communicate ROI, and show how Hydrafacial fits client business models.
• Generate leads through cold-calling, walk-ins, phone outreach, networking, and social media.
• Respond to inbound leads from trade shows and corporate sources within 24 hours.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to consistently hit monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Provide weekly high/low forecasts to leadership.
• Develop strategic selling approaches with marketing tools to enhance client engagement.
• Partner with corporate account teams for opportunities requiring additional resources.
• Transition new clients to the Regional Training Specialist and Business Development Manager after sale.
• Identify upsell and multi-location opportunities with the Business Development team.
