Job summary

The Beauty Health Company is seeking a Capital Sales Manager to drive sales of capital equipment to aesthetics clinics, medical spas, and resort spas. You will hunt new opportunities, present Hydrafacial technology, demonstrate ROI, and close purchases while coordinating with Business Development and RTS/BDM partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in medical device sales or account management.
• Ability to cite specific examples of sales success with equipment.
• Experience selling to aesthetics market (cash-pay) - dermatology/plastic surgery.

Responsibilities

• Present Hydrafacial technology and practices to medical centers and spas, involving all stakeholders.
• Demonstrate technology and treatment protocol through hands-on in-office treatments.
• Identify client needs, provide ROI, and help position Hydrafacial within practices.
• Generate leads in your territory via cold prospecting, calls, visits, and social networking.
• Respond promptly to prospects and trade shows within 24 hours.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts to identify additional support needs.
• Maintain a solid pipeline to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
• Forecast weekly ranges to management with a reasonable high/low.
• Develop strategic selling techniques with marketing resources to boost engagement.
• After sale, ensure smooth transition to RTS and BDM, coordinating with them on account needs.
• participate in trade shows or local events in defined region.
• Other tasks as needed.
