Job summary

Mount Royal University is seeking a Manager, Capital Renewal to lead a team delivering infrastructure renewal projects within campus facilities. You will oversee projects ranging from $50K to $10M, ensure safety and compliance, and report to the Director of Planning and Project Delivery.

The role requires 6–10 years of leadership and PM experience, along with experience in a unionized environment. Hybrid work model available; salary ranges from CAD 100,867 to CAD 139,194 per year.

Qualifications

• Requires PMP or equivalent with project management experience.
• Leads multi-project portfolio with budget oversight.
• Strong communication and leadership skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a portfolio of capital projects and manages key projects.
• Schedules and balances workload with other managers.
• Prepares and processes project documentation and close-out.
• Manages direct reports including performance and development.
• Ensures safety, code compliance, and quality throughout projects.
