Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Design, Architecture, Engineering etc.) or equivalent.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Develops, communicates and oversees capital project strategies and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems to ensure efficiency and timely completion.
• Translates tenant needs into full-scale project plans including scope, budget, milestones, risks, permits and documentation.
• Prepare budgets and cost tracking reports; evaluate construction methods for cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership to the project team from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule and budget adherence.
• Develop and deliver progress reports and evaluations; address challenges to align projects with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and health, safety and security regulations; supervise staff and coordinate inspections.
• Hire, train and coach project teams to optimize performance and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other duties related to projects as assigned.
