The Joint Cannabis is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Regina, SK to lead operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Victoria Ave location. The role requires supervising retail tasks, handling cash, and ensuring compliance with cannabis regulations.

Ideal candidates will have retail supervisory experience, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility to work 6:15 AM–12:30 AM, Monday to Sunday. Proactive, professional demeanor and brand representation are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail supervisory experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Must be 19+ with Alberta? actually in Canada note: Provincial cannabis certification and background check are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming shopping experience.
• Provide product knowledge and assist with selections.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed accurately.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and promotional activities to keep displays fresh.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock counts.
• Support e-commerce operations including order fulfillment.
• Uphold company policies and ensure compliance.
• Maintain cannabis product knowledge and stay informed on trends.
• Represent the brand professionally with a positive appearance.
• Perform other operational tasks to support store success.
