Job summary

High Tide Inc. operates Canna Cabana stores and is seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader for the St. Albert location in Alberta. The role emphasizes supervising daily store operations, guiding staff, and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate has SellSafe certification, strong leadership, and a minimum of two years in retail, preferably in cannabis. Flexible shifts include nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have SellSafe Certification.
• High school diploma and college/CEGEP/vocational training required.
• Demonstrated sales and service orientation.
• Minimum 2 years retail experience; cannabis industry preferred.
• First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations with store management.
• Oversee responsibilities in the absence of Store Manager.
• Assist in personnel management on shift and resolve customer issues.
• Provide direction and instruction to store associates.
