Job summary

Canna Cabana in Sudbury, Ontario is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to collaborate with the Store Manager and supervise day-to-day retail operations at the Paul Street location. The ASM supports sales associates and ensures a distinctive shopping experience.

The role requires CannSell licensing, 4-5+ years of retail management, and the ability to obtain an AGCO license. You will lead a team, manage inventory and compliance, and deliver strong customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CannSell license from AGCO required within first month.
• Clean Criminal Background check.
• 4-5+ years of retail management experience.
• Ability to obtain AGCO Cannabis Retail Manager License within first month.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience managing in a Unionized environment.
• Knowledge of Cannabis retail laws and policies.
• Willing to work nights, holidays and weekends and across locations.

• Support Store Manager with day-to-day operations and compliance.
• Lead by example in a high-volume retail setting.
