Job summary

Canna Cabana is seeking passionate Part-Time Sales Associates for the Ontario location at 14 Martindale Crescent Unit 4A Ancaster. You will engage customers, share cannabis knowledge, process purchases, and support store operations with a team‑oriented approach.

Ideal candidates have cannabis retail familiarity, strong communication, and a willingness to work varied shifts including nights and weekends. Training and CannSell licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must provide Cannabis Retail Certification - CannSell License.
• Must provide a clean Criminal Background Check prior to start date.
• Minimum 2-3 years of Retail Experience in sales and customer service.
• First Aid certification is an asset.
• Must be available for shift work Monday to Sunday.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team oriented mindset.
• Ability to compute basic math.
• Desire to educate customers about cannabis benefits without medical advice.
• Willingness to work nights, holidays and multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services required.
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
• Replace stock, rotate inventory, and maintain satisfactory levels.
• Assist with merchandising and promotional activities for accessories.
• Ensure store conditions meet established standards.
• Adapt communication to diverse customers.
• Remain professional and positive in all interactions.
• Process orders and prepare products for purchase.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with issue resolution.
• Assist with display of merchandise and inventory management.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and store procedures.
